By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Marketplace Role
MobileHomeBid is a marketplace only. The contract of sale is directly between the buyer and seller.
We do not take title, hold funds, or guarantee the condition of any home.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Listings
Sellers represent that listing information is accurate to the best of their knowledge.
All listings may be reviewed by administrators before publication.
Prohibited Conduct
- Auction manipulation or shill bidding
- Fraudulent listings or misrepresentation
- Any unlawful use of the platform
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MobileHomeBid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
